Q. Why do I have to create an account in order to place an order?
When you place an order with us we need to collect from you certain information such as your contact details, we have been asked on many occasions by our customers if we can create an account system where they can enter their details only once so that on return visits all that is required is a simple login before checking out .
Your details are automatically pre-filled on checkout saving you time.
Please note: We "do not" hold or request any of your payment information when you create an account with us.
Q. Will I be given a customer reference number when I become a member?
No - When you register with us we will register your account to your email address, we use this as your customer reference.

Q. Why don't I qualify for member benefits when I create my account initially?
In order to qualify for our member discounts you must be an "Active" member, this means you must have already placed and paid for at least one order before you will be given access to the great savings our loyal customers are entitled to.
If you create an account with us but do not place and pay for an order you will not be entitled to our member discounts.
Q. I have tried to create an account but it tells me you do not deliver to this area why is this?
When you fill in your address details please ensure you select your county from the drop down menu beneath the select country menu, this should allow you to create your account. If your county does not appear in the drop down menu please email our support team and we will add it to our county list.
Q. Can I send my order to an address other than my credit card address?
No not at this time. Due to an increase in internet credit card fraud we are currently unable to despatch items to addresses other than the registered credit card address. If you place an order with us and your details do not match those provided by your credit card company your order will be declined. And we will ask you to resubmit your order provding the correct details.
If you use paypal we can only send to the address registered in your paypal account.
Q. Which methods of Payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards except, American Express & Diners Card and we are currently trialing the use of paypal, if this is an option which is used on a regular basis we will make it a permanent feature.

Please ensure that you have entered your address correctly when you created your account, if you are sure the address is corrcet please send us a message and we will investigate further for you.

No - The price you see is the price you pay. VAT is already included.
Q. What is discount voucher (Coupon)?
Here at TShirts 4 U Ltd we believe in rewarding our loyal customers. In order to do this we have introduced e-vouchers which may be redeemed against future orders made on-line. E-Vouchers are only available to our active shoppers and will be sent via email to qualifying customers.

Q. What's the latest time I can order to guarantee next day delivery when using the Next Day Delivery Service?
We endeavour to process all orders as we receive them, however, on occassion when we are very busy it may not be possible to process all of our orders on the same day that we receive them.

Q. How long does it take for you to process my order?

All orders will be processed within a maximum of 48 hrs during a normal working week.
Q. My purchase has not arrived what should I do?
Royal Mail will not investigate claims for loss until 15 working days after the date of shipment. All items sent from us require a signature on delivery, please check to make sure that you have not received a "while you were out card" and that your parcel has not been left with a neighbour.
You can check the status of your item by visiting Royal Mail and entering the tracking number that we sent to you. If after 15 working days your item still has not arrived please contact us and we will send you a form to complete and make the necessary enquiries with Royal Mail.
Please Note: Once you have confirmed to Royal mail that the item has not been received and your item is deemed to be lost by Royal Mail we will refund your payment. In accordance with the Distance Selling Reulations we have 30 days in which to make a refund.
Please also note that we do not send replacements for lost items in every case, this depends on current stock levels.
Q. Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Sorry but we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses at this time as we require a signature on receipt.

It would be impossible for us to list the measurements for each individual item we hold in stock. However, we are more than happy to provide that information for you. Simply send us a message and we'll get back to you with the required information as soon as possible.
